- Open https://zoom.us/test
- Click on "Join Meeting Test"
- An "Open Zoom Meetings?" pop-up will appear. Click "Open Zoom Meetings"
- Click "Yes" if you hear the ringtone.
- Speak and you will hear a replay. If you hear yourself clearly click "Yes"
- You can check which device had an issue at the end of the troubleshooting.
